Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and bilingual Call Center Agent to coordinate, schedule, and complete registrations for ambulatory outpatient visits.

This role requires the ability to accurately collect demographic and insurance information, as well as clinical details related to scheduling.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate patient preparations, including explaining requirements and protocols
  • Collect and verify demographic and insurance information
  • Schedule appointments and modify schedules as needed
  • Handle non-scheduling inquiries and provide customer support
Requirements:
  • Bilingual skills in English and Portuguese
