This is a key position in our organization, responsible for managing medical information and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
The Medical Information Specialist will be the primary point of contact for external customers, responding to requests for medical information via various channels.
We are seeking an individual with strong communication skills, a nursing degree, and experience in providing accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries regarding medical information, adhering to regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Accurately identify, document, and report adverse events, product complaints, and other relevant information.
- Provide labeled and unlabeled medical information responses in accordance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Maintain quality control measures to ensure accuracy and timeliness of responses.
- Nursing degree (RN/BS/BA/MS) is mandatory.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including proofreading and professional telephone etiquette.
- Ability to write in a fluent and grammatically correct manner in English.
- Working knowledge of medical terminology, pathophysiology, pharmacology, regulations, and industry standards.
- Strong cognitive abilities, including verbal reasoning, critical thinking, and analytical ability.
