Deliver Excellence in Risk Management

We are seeking a Senior Risk Analyst to join our team and help us strengthen our risk function in the Brazil market. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing risk strategies, conducting fraud investigations, and coordinating with local teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement risk strategies to mitigate potential losses and ensure business continuity.
  • Conduct thorough fraud investigations and collaborate with local teams to identify and prevent fraudulent activities.
  • Implement an operational risk framework to monitor risk metrics and develop market-specific risk controls.
  • Lead process improvement initiatives to standardize, automate, and consolidate processes in the Brazil market.
  • Identify and track key risk indicators to support strategy testing environments and daily operations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field, preferably with experience in Trust & Safety/Risk Management.
  • Experience in risk management, trust and safety, fraud investigations, and anti-fraud compliance/management.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in working with large data sets, performing data analysis, and familiarity with SQL/scripting, Tableau, R, Python, and querying logs and databases.
