We are seeking a highly skilled Virtual Community Manager to engage with audiences on behalf of high-profile content creators through real-time online chat. This is a remote position offering a competitive fixed rate plus commission.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will be emotionally intelligent, excel at building rapport, and be skilled at upselling digital products and services. Key responsibilities include:

  • Engage with fans and followers on behalf of content creators via online chat platforms, ensuring a positive, personalized experience.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell premium content, subscriptions, and exclusive offers in a natural, customer-focused manner.
  • Respond promptly to inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information about products and services.
  • Maintain detailed records of conversations and transactions in CRM systems.
