- Communicate effectively: With medical staff, providers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless coordination of care
- Process payments: Handle billing inquiries and resolve any related issues in a timely and accurate manner
- Maintain accurate records: Adhering to confidentiality and HIPAA guidelines
