Senior Learning Experience Designer

We are seeking a talented Senior Learning Experience Designer to join our team.

  • Affected areas: Directly with the client (requesting and collaborating); internal areas (content development, creation, HR, IT, BI)

The ideal candidate will have 2 years of experience as an Instructional Designer in corporate education and video script development. Knowledge of authoring tools is desirable.

Job Description:

We are looking for a creative and results-driven learning experience designer to develop high-quality educational solutions and learning experiences. The selected individual will be responsible for updating the team with methodologies and market trends training market analysis and surveys of inputs.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Analysis and survey of inputs;
  • participation in briefing for demand understanding;
  • development of content; responsible for chaining the entire educational structure of the content;
  • participation in internal training for self-development;
  • meet agreed schedule; monitoring of on-site activities at the client.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent communication, time management, emotional intelligence, interpersonal relationship, proactivity, and sense of responsibility skills. Additionally, you should have a graduation complete or studying in pedagogy, psychology, letters, journalism, communication, marketing, and related areas.
