Senior Continuous Improvement Specialist

As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving our continuous improvement processes and culture. You will be responsible for data collection, ensuring its accuracy, promoting CI progress, and tracking the department's KPI scorecards.
Your Responsibilities:- Develop and deliver training on CI tools and techniques to support teams.
- Collaborate with teams to collect or extract data from systems to inform CI activities.
- Facilitate root-cause analysis to address identified losses and departmental KPI gaps.
- Establish new work standards to sustain improvement.
- Train and qualify colleagues on CI tools and new work standards resulting from CI activities.
- A strong desire to drive your future and accelerate your career.
- Experience with CI and high-performance work systems.
- Effective facilitation and communication skills to support team discussions on CI activities.
- Application of lean and/or TPM tools in a factory or operations environment.
- Mastery of Excel and other data analytics tools.
- Organized and disciplined thinking to support and educate on process improvements.
- Logical and structured thinking to extract insights from data.
