We are seeking a skilled Cloud Talent Development Specialist to implement new and existing training initiatives, integrating AWS Training and Certification, Educational Programs, academia, and commercial customers.
Responsibilities:- Develop comprehensive training plans tailored to specific customers, markets, and initiatives.
- Design innovative approaches to expedite talent development in the region.
- Build strong relationships with customers, gathering requirements and resources needed to drive successful execution of training plans.
- Collaborate with internal & external stakeholders to coordinate training initiatives.
- Track progress using established metrics and contribute to business reviews.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical skills, strategic thinking, and business acumen, enabling them to optimize performance and drive business process improvements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions.
