Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner who will drive business results by seamlessly blending strategic insight with hands-on execution. This role will be responsible for the PXT agenda in an Amazon warehouse located in Cajamar-SP.

Responsibilities
  • Facilitate leadership development programs from supervisor to managerial levels.
  • Spearhead internal communication and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Oversee labor and employee relations issues.
  • Consolidate and analyze critical HR metrics (e.g., absenteeism, attrition, fill rates).
  • Develop continuous improvement plans for employee experience.
  • Design and execute Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) programs.

The ideal candidate should have exceptional interpersonal skills, able to build strong relationships with employees at all levels of the organization. They should also possess excellent analytical skills, able to interpret complex data and develop actionable recommendations.

Work with a team of HR Assistants to create the best experience for employees.
Lead the reporting and analysis of HR metrics and goals.
Participate in daily meetings along with the Operations team and other support areas.
Monitor workforce planning meetings.
Conduct regular check-ins with employees to discuss their concerns and ideas.
