Job Overview

The role of a Technical Support Engineer revolves around providing expert assistance to clients across various enterprise organizations and startups. The primary focus is on driving data analytics capabilities, which involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality support services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Investigate complex technical issues in Linux and Windows servers to identify root causes.
  • Design, develop, and propose innovative solutions that meet the technological and business needs of clients.
  • Manage critical issues impacting customers' businesses and work closely with R&D and Product teams to resolve them efficiently.
  • Present complex technical information about products to clients and contribute to the creation and maintenance of knowledge-based resources.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Extensive experience in supporting complex product infrastructure and applications.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for web applications.
  • Proficiency in databases such as MS SQL, MySQL, Oracle, and basic-level SQL scripting.
  • Familiarity with ETL and BI tools like Microsoft Power BI, Talend, SSRS, BusinessObjects, Cognos, or the ability to write and understand complex formulas.
  • Experience working with logs and monitoring tools like Grafana, New Relic, Kibana.
  • Proficiency in Linux and communication with English-speaking clients.
