About Us

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Technical Solutions team, you will work with leading enterprise organizations and startups to realize the power of data analytics.

The ideal candidate will have a data-driven mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, and experience working with databases such as MongoDB, Redshift, MySQL, Oracle, and Snowflake.

You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and issues, troubleshooting problems, and working closely with Senior team members to develop your technical expertise.

As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be part of a collaborative and rewarding environment that measures value creation and team playing. We believe in the power of great customer experience, and the happiest customers are made by having the happiest team helping them.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries and issues through technical assessment and business acumen
  • Troubleshoot problems both through the UI and the terminal
  • Work closely with Senior team members to develop technical expertise
  • Partner with Customer Success Managers, Technical Account Managers, and Product to recognize trends in customer feedback

Requirements:

  • Data-driven mindset with excellent problem-solving skills
  • Experience working with databases such as MongoDB, Redshift, MySQL, Oracle, and Snowflake
  • Skilled in reading and writing SQL queries
  • Knowledge of Python or scripting languages such as JavaScript is a plus
