We are seeking a skilled Electrical Support Specialist to provide technical assistance and support to our clients. As an Electrical Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for clients requiring technical guidance and support.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional technical support via calls and emails
- Assuming ownership of technical issues and resolving them in a timely manner
- Supporting clients with various technical inquiries and ensuring that their issues are resolved efficiently
To be successful as an Electrical Support Specialist, you will require:
- Excellent English communication skills (C1 level)
- A minimum of 3-5 years of prior experience in technical support or related technical roles
- Strong knowledge of basic electrical concepts (Amps, Volts, Watts, load balancing)
- Experience communicating with electricians, contractors, or technically-minded clients
- Familiarity with construction plans or wiring schematics
- Proficiency in using Google Workspace, Help Scout, and QuickBooks
This is a part-time opportunity that requires flexibility and adaptability. You will need to be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results.
RequirementsTo be considered for this role, you will need to have:
- A degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
- Relevant technical certifications (e.g. NEBOSH, OSHA)
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
