We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled electrical engineering trainee to join our team.
About the JobThis is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate or a young professional looking to kick-start their career in electrical engineering.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Study of complementary and competitive products and markets;
- Design and optimization of electro-electronic systems and circuits;
- Design and optimization of electromechanical products;
- Project management;
- Analysis and development of methods, processes, tools enhancing efficiency and quality;
- Creation and revision of technical and commercial documentation for products and processes;
- Internal and external technical and commercial support;
- Visits to clients and participation in meetings, fairs, and events in the electrical engineering sector;
- Study and development of tooling and molds for plastic injection.
The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in electrical engineering principles, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

The trainee will work from Florianópolis and may be temporarily or permanently relocated to other countries.
RequirementsTo be considered for this role, you must have:
- A degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field;
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail;
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Proficiency in English language.
