Procurement Specialist

As a Procurement Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting the company's procurement activities, ensuring the timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services.

1. Procurement Process Management: Manage the procurement process from requisition to delivery, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
2. Supplier Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating prices, terms, and conditions to meet business needs.
3. Contract Management: Administer contracts, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions, and managing contract renewals and terminations.
4. Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, ensuring adequate stock levels to meet business needs, while minimizing waste and excess inventory.
5. Cost Savings Initiatives: Identify opportunities for cost savings, implementing initiatives to reduce costs and improve efficiency.

1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
2. Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement, preferably in an industrial setting.
3. Skills: Advanced knowledge of MS Office, SAP MM module, and market research.
4. Language: Advanced fluency in English, Spanish is desired.
5. Travel: Availability for sporadic national travel.
