Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Service Delivery Engineer to join our team in providing world-class network support services. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering top-notch service to our clients, ensuring seamless communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Provide 24/7 network support services for voice and mobile messaging platforms and services
  • Ensure reactive repair activities with customers, suppliers, and third parties worldwide
  • Communicate effectively with customers, suppliers to guarantee customer complaints resolution with SLA respect

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Telecommunications, or equivalent
  • 1+ years' experience in operation of mobile or fixed networks as an engineer
  • Knowledge of GSM NW structure, Signalling in GSM networks, MTP, ISUP/SIP, SCCP, TCAP protocol stack, voice call/SMS/flow
  • Good understanding of the working principles of an IP network
  • Knowledge of signalling protocol monitoring tools, protocol analysers, trace analysis
  • Analysis of statistics and reports, knowledge of Network KPIs
  • Fluent English language skills
  • Strong communication skills – ability to communicate efficiently in multicultural working environment
