Business Development Associate

About the Role
  • Assist the Director of Partnerships in establishing and implementing key processes and systems.
  • Ensure current infrastructure, including Notion, Drive, Slack etc., remains up to date and functional.
  • Execute company-wide initiatives and operational projects to drive growth.
  • Develop compelling sales materials and procedures.
  • Manage Darkroom's CRM system (Hubspot).
  • Negotiate and facilitate conversations with ecosystem partners.
Key Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Communications or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in managing partnerships within the direct-to-consumer (DTC) ecosystem, ideally in an agency setting.
  • Proven experience working with CRMs (Hubspot preferred).
  • Background in digital agencies.
