Job Overview

As a Shift Manager, you will oversee the night shift operation in our Delivery Station. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced and dynamic environments.

This position entails managing external agency relationships and performance, leading meetings, assigning job duties, and communicating with internal and external suppliers. You will also be responsible for analyzing workflows, designing solutions, and utilizing software and hardware tools to ensure normal day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the night shift operation in our Delivery Station
  • Manage external agency relationships and performance
  • Lead meetings, assign job duties, and communicate with internal and external suppliers
  • Analyze workflows, design solutions, and utilize software and hardware tools
  • Communicate daily metrics and report exceptions to other departments

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Operations, or related field, plus MBA
  • Ability to influence others without positional authority
  • Ability to handle changing priorities and use good judgment in stressful situations
  • Experience working in start-up/dynamic environments that dealt with ambiguities
