We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at RSG Brasil. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for building long-term relationships with customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth to meet company targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Forecasting and Planning: Develop and manage sales forecasts, prepare sales plans, and lead a team to achieve sales targets in Mato Grosso.
- Sales and Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop and execute sales strategies, and build strong relationships with customers.
- Account Management: Manage and maintain existing customer relationships, identify new sales opportunities, and develop strategies to increase sales revenue.
- Technical Support: Provide technical support to customers, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Market and Competitor Analysis: Conduct market research, analyze competitors, and provide insights to inform sales strategies.
- Reporting and Administration: Prepare and submit sales reports, manage sales data, and maintain accurate records.
- Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment and achieve sales goals.
Requirements:
- Experience: + 5 years of experience in sales, account management, customer success management, or highly technical/strategic roles in the agricultural/chemical industry.
- Negotiation and Interpersonal Skills: Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
- Language Skills: Advanced English.
- Commercial Mindset: Commercial mindset, goal-oriented, quick learner, and self-motivated.
- Agrotech and Food Tech Solutions: Agrotech and food tech solutions and a strong motivation to learn new things and products to implement and develop.
- Travel: Willingness to travel.
Salary: Open to negotiation / PJ form – starting in November 2024
