About the Role:
This role sits at the intersection of Sales, Finance, and Real Estate and is tasked with identifying and scaling new business opportunities that drive strategic growth.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage financial models for large transaction deals to calculate returns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate assumptions and inputs.
- Present deal proposals to our committee.
- Lead sales processes for large transactions, partnering with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Drive initiatives to enhance overall growth and efficiency.
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of transactional finance experience, preferably with commercial real estate exposure.
- Expertise in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to navigate complex situations and align stakeholder interests.
