As a Commercial Real Estate Deal Manager, you will be responsible for managing high-volume deal flows of complex existing building leases and build-to-suit transactions. This role requires innovative process development and execution to ensure consistency and predictability in the transaction cycle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deal Management: Oversee large-scale commercial real estate deals, including lease negotiations and build-to-suit projects.
  • Process Improvement: Develop and implement efficient processes to streamline deal execution, ensuring timely completion and predictable outcomes.
  • Performance Metrics: Create relevant metrics to measure and evaluate deal performance, driving continuous improvement and excellence.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear expectations and progress updates.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple initiatives and projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and resources to achieve business objectives.

This role requires a Bachelor's Degree and relevant experience in commercial real estate transactions, project management, and fluency in Portuguese and English.
