- Over 10 years of experience in the financial industry, with expertise in credit risk and data analysis.
- In-depth knowledge of credit risk, strong understanding of operational and strategic processes for risk mitigation.
- Strategic vision, analytical thinking, and the ability to monitor, analyze, and act upon performance indicators.
- Proven leadership skills, team management, and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation.
- Data-driven decision-making capabilities and bilingual Portuguese/English proficiency.
