Senior Network Operations Manager

About This Role- This position oversees the delivery of data network, voice, and contact center operations across all businesses within a given region.
- It involves daily oversight and technical management of Managed Service Providers and key vendors in the region.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in major network technologies including switching/routing, WAN, WLAN, IPT, Firewalls, load balancers, Cloud exchange/CoLo, cloud-based network services, and SDN.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with business partners.
- Address feedback regarding network performance.
- Collaborate with engineering and deployment teams on discussions, pilots, experiments, design considerations, and data analysis.
- Engage OEMs for information regarding bugs, patches, software upgrades, and configuration changes.
The successful candidate will have at least 6 years of relevant technology experience, large/enterprise network operations expertise, and proven vendor management experience in a large outsourced environment.
