Key Responsibilities- Conduct initial resume screenings and coordinate interviews with the recruiting team.
- Collaborate with the recruiting team to identify innovative sourcing strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1+ year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within the tech industry.
- Familiarity with ATS software and LinkedIn is a plus.
