We are seeking a seasoned talent acquisition professional to join our team in South Latam. As a Sr Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hold regular meetings with the business units and management to provide guidance on HR issues.
- Analyze trends and metrics related to turnover to develop solutions, programs, and policies to increase retention.
- Stay updated on legal requirements related to daily employee management, prioritizing reduction of legal risks and regulatory compliance.
- Provide guidance and assistance in interpreting HR policies.
- Solve complex problems related to employees.
- Assist international employees with expatriation assignments and HR-related matters.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in similar positions within the area.
- Knowledge of labor regulations in Argentina and Latin America.
- Experience in the IT industry or regional responsibility (desirable).
- Advanced English level.
