Job Title: Senior Talent Acquisition Analyst

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Talent Acquisition Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for the full cycle recruitment process including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.

The ideal candidate will have experience in talent acquisition, with a proven track record of delivering results-driven recruitment solutions. You will work closely with Hiring Managers to understand their needs and provide strategic recruitment support.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a business partner with Hiring Managers to provide strategic recruitment support
  • Analyze and act on important TA KPIs to optimize recruitment processes
  • Maintain data integrity and share data-centric updates with internal stakeholders
  • Think critically and adapt to changing priorities while optimizing your own time and enjoying collaboration
  • Operate autonomously and proactively in search of solutions to problems

Requirements:

  • A degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
  • Solid experience in recruitment, preferably in an international environment
  • Advanced/Fluent in English, Intermediate in Spanish is a plus
  • Experience with ATS systems such as Success Factors and LinkedIn Recruiter
