This role involves leading compensation and benefits initiatives, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, conducting market research, designing salary structures, and providing data analysis insights.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee satisfaction and motivation through effective compensation and benefits programs.
  • Analyze industry trends and competitors' policies to inform market-leading decisions.
  • Design and optimize salary structures, bonus schemes, and benefits programs to meet business objectives.
  • Collect, analyze, and report on compensation and benefits data to drive informed decision-making.
  • Collaborate with various departments to deliver customized or revised compensation schemes.
  • Design sales incentive plans that drive performance and align with corporate goals.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or above with at least 5 years of experience in C&B.
  • Familiarity with local labor law and compensation theories, with ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
  • High level of responsibility, confidentiality, and problem-solving abilities, with resilience and courage to overcome difficulties.
