We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our customer support operations in Brazil.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and implement process improvements across global customer support functions.
- Drive performance enhancements through key metrics such as CSAT/OSAT, first-time resolution, and aged backlog.
- Collaborate with IT and regional teams to resolve customer experience issues based on priority.
- Select and deploy tools and systems that enhance customer care operations.
- Demonstrated expertise in post-purchase support strategies and tactics.
- Able to assess performance gaps, define growth plans, and drive results across teams.
- Familiarity with best practices within e-commerce and adjacent industries.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex problems and optimize customer care processes.
The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively engage stakeholders at all levels.
