Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Piping Engineer to support the design and operation of nuclear power plants. This role involves working independently and collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team to develop engineering design documentation.

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing engineering work in accordance with established QA programs, codes, standards, and regulations. This includes coordinating with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders to execute assigned engineering tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform pipe stress evaluation and thermal analysis of piping systems
  • Prepare design change packages and registration documents
  • Support field construction and execution activities
  • Collaborate with designers and junior staff on technical guidance
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Engineering degree in mechanical from an accredited university
  • 1-10 years of relevant experience in mechanical engineering within heavy industrial sectors
  • Basic knowledge of mechanical and piping systems and equipment
  • Proficiency in software such as PipeStress, CaesarII, AutoPipe, MATLAB, MathCAD, ANSYS Mechanical, LSDYNA
  • Strong technical and problem-solving abilities
