We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a key member of the Renewal Management leadership team. This individual will partner with sales leadership to drive strategic business process enhancements and analyses.
About the Position- Develop a strong understanding of the renewal management business, focusing on North America.
- Drive operational rigor through quota setting, fiscal year launch initiatives, and developing key performance indicator cadence.
- Execute projects to improve go-to-market operations, including quarterly quota enhancements and territory optimization.
- Analyse business opportunities for improvement through quantitative insights and good business sense.
- Lead cross-functional discussions to drive alignment on key areas of focus for renewals management.
- Support annual planning process and workstreams.
This is an individual contributor position responsible for driving growth and operational efficiency.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Fluent in English.
- At least 5 years of analytical experience in strategic operational roles.
