Key Renewal Management Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a key member of the Renewal Management leadership team. This individual will partner with sales leadership to drive strategic business process enhancements and analyses.

About the Position
  1. Develop a strong understanding of the renewal management business, focusing on North America.
  2. Drive operational rigor through quota setting, fiscal year launch initiatives, and developing key performance indicator cadence.
  3. Execute projects to improve go-to-market operations, including quarterly quota enhancements and territory optimization.
  4. Analyse business opportunities for improvement through quantitative insights and good business sense.
  5. Lead cross-functional discussions to drive alignment on key areas of focus for renewals management.
  6. Support annual planning process and workstreams.

This is an individual contributor position responsible for driving growth and operational efficiency.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Fluent in English.
  • At least 5 years of analytical experience in strategic operational roles.
