We seek a dynamic leader to shape the future of customer experience in Latin America. This strategic role leads the entire customer support ecosystem across seven subsidiaries in the region.
Regional Customer Experience Leadership- Lead all customer experience operations throughout Latin America, fostering a customer-centric culture.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive customer experience strategy that enhances customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and performance data to define and implement strategies.
- Propose and execute a clear strategic direction for the regional operation, ensuring effective communication to local teams and external partners.
- Remotely manage and lead teams responsible for Contact Centers, .Com Support, Social Media (SNS) Support, and customer-facing content creation.
- Develop and negotiate with regional vendors to ensure achievement of key performance indicators and service level agreements.
- Report directly to the Senior Director for Latin America, providing updates on operational performance and regional challenges.
- Collaborate with other regional and global leaders to share best practices and ensure a cohesive global customer experience strategy.
- Professional background in operations management and/or strategic consulting with experience in process improvement and project management.
- Leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire and develop remote teams across different cultures.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities with expertise in process mapping, re-engineering, and optimization.
