
Regional Head of Client Management

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Client Management business across Latin America and the Caribbean. As the regional head, you will be responsible for overseeing commercial, strategic, and regulatory matters between clients and our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the regional lead of the Client Management business
- Drive coordination of our services to clients across delivery and product organizations, regional teams, and sales staff
- Strengthen and deepen relationships with clients by constantly monitoring their experience and partnering with business leads to maintain a consistent focus on clients
- Provide updates on the financial health of clients and own plans to remediate unprofitable clients
- Support organic and incremental growth, new business committed revenue, and overall target revenue goals with assigned clients
Requirements and Qualifications
- 15+ years of total work experience preferred with 10 years of Financial Services experience in Relationship Management/Sales or Client Service
- Trilingual proficiency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese
- Degree in a business or technical field such as Finance, Business, or equivalent (Master Degree preferred)
- Strong leadership profile coupled with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
