
Senior Business Excellence Lead

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop MS Power BI analytic tools to support sales in the region and drive business growth through data-driven insights;
- Conduct analysis on price, margin, and data quality improvement to optimize sales performance;
- Participate in the sales budgeting process and its breakdowns to ensure accurate forecasting;
- Support management in developing background figures for Board Meetings to inform strategic decision-making;
- Act as the LAM region point of contact to the global team interacting in English language and collaborate with countries in LAM in Spanish language;
- Manage and deploy the regional Demand Planning to align sales strategies with market trends;
- Support sales colleagues in SFDC (Sales Force) as main user to streamline sales processes.
Background & Skills:
- A seasoned professional with extensive experience in business excellence and operations;
- Deep insight into different sales models and sales environment areas;
- Proficient in Portuguese, English, and Spanish languages;
- Mastery of tools such as MS Excel and Power BI;
- Knowledge of SFDC/SAP/VENDAVO or any CRM/ERP system is a valuable asset;
- A strong analytical mind-set and passion for innovation and continuous improvement to drive business success;
