Job Title: Senior Business Excellence Lead

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop MS Power BI analytic tools to support sales in the region and drive business growth through data-driven insights;
  • Conduct analysis on price, margin, and data quality improvement to optimize sales performance;
  • Participate in the sales budgeting process and its breakdowns to ensure accurate forecasting;
  • Support management in developing background figures for Board Meetings to inform strategic decision-making;
  • Act as the LAM region point of contact to the global team interacting in English language and collaborate with countries in LAM in Spanish language;
  • Manage and deploy the regional Demand Planning to align sales strategies with market trends;
  • Support sales colleagues in SFDC (Sales Force) as main user to streamline sales processes.

Background & Skills:

  • A seasoned professional with extensive experience in business excellence and operations;
  • Deep insight into different sales models and sales environment areas;
  • Proficient in Portuguese, English, and Spanish languages;
  • Mastery of tools such as MS Excel and Power BI;
  • Knowledge of SFDC/SAP/VENDAVO or any CRM/ERP system is a valuable asset;
  • A strong analytical mind-set and passion for innovation and continuous improvement to drive business success;
