We are seeking an HR Senior Manager to lead our strategy across all business units. This individual will serve as an advisor, collaborate with key team members, and identify high-quality HR solutions. They will support commercial, marketing & global functions areas, providing consultative support to senior management, team leaders, and employees.

This role involves significantly impacting cultural and organizational design, development, and change management. The ideal candidate should possess business savvy, proficiency in organizational principles, and be able to analyze data quickly and thoroughly. Experience working with leadership teams, people managers, and employees in various locations is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Advise the Leadership Team on HR matters
  • Identify and drive HR initiatives that support business strategies
  • Continually assess the efficiency of the organization's business model and organization dynamics
  • Partner with members within and across business units
  • Cultivate a culture of excellence as the best place to work

The ideal candidate has at least 8+ years of HR professional experience, including 5+ years as an HR Business Partner and team leader. A strong HR process orientation paired with an agile mentality is required. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HR Systems (e.g., WorkDay) is also necessary.
