**Job Opportunity**

We are seeking a Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As part of this role, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to dealers in the Caribbean, Central America, Uruguay, and Paraguay.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Regionally filter and resolve technical issues, suggesting solutions when applicable.
  • Monitor quality and warranty issues, communicating with HQ and Region.
  • Document dealer and customer interactions, including issues, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions.

**Support Documentation**

  • Assist in creating and updating technical support documentation (FAQs, knowledge base articles, troubleshooting guides).

**Training and Skills Matrix**

  • Setup and organize training within the region, maintaining a skills matrix for technical specialists.

**Project Implementation**

  • Implement, audit, and follow up on the Kärcher Service System project for dealers.

**Service Excellence**

  • Ensure Service Excellence introduction, progress, and feedback for further development.

**Knowledge Management**

  • Keep knowledge regarding products, tools, and existing standards up-to-date.

**Requirements**

  • Technical degree in Mechanics, Mechatronics, Electronics, or related areas, and/or Bachelor's degree in engineering.
  • Advanced level of English and Spanish, with participation in meetings and trips.
  • Knowledge in Salesforce (preferred) and Office Intermediate.
  • Proficient in troubleshooting and problem-solving technical issues.
  • Patient and empathetic when dealing with inquiries and complaints.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to summarize and express ideas clearly.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
