Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled technical support professional to join our team. As a technical support specialist, you will play a critical role in providing expert guidance and assistance to engineers during product design, development, and testing.

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in engineering technology or a related field, with experience in engineering support or a similar environment. You should possess excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to engineers during product design, development, and testing
  • Conduct tests and experiments to assess product performance and reliability
  • Maintain laboratory and production equipment to ensure optimal working condition
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation of testing procedures and results
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to improve product design and manufacturing processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and compliance with specifications

Requirements:

  • Associate's degree in engineering technology or a related field; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Experience in engineering support or a related field, preferably in a manufacturing or advanced materials environment
  • Strong technical skills with experience in product testing, data analysis, and equipment maintenance
  • Proficiency in using engineering software and tools (e.g., CAD software, data analysis software)
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
