
Strategic Channel Enablement Specialist

This senior role is a key contributor to our Americas Revenue Operations function, partnering with stakeholders to develop and deploy the Channel Operations framework around Channel Sales and Service organization within the region.
You will work closely with internal colleagues and external Channel Partners across North, Central, and South America, leveraging strong communication, analytical thinking, and a natural affinity for streamlining workflows.
- Implement and execute Channel Partner Operation frameworks in the AMR LATAM region
- Lead regional contract adjustment and pricing efforts with Partner Account Managers (PAMs) and ensure timely renewal of Partners
- Execute Channel Partner account and user on-boarding and off-boarding activities
- Assess the impact of pricing and promotion on channel performance and effectiveness
- Prepare and communicate advanced analyses to identify drivers and gaps in business
- Monitor and report on regional channel compliance activities
- Schedule, coordinate or provide training to Channel Partners as needed
- Track recruitment and performance assessment of Partners
- Participate in AMR wide projects on process improvement and/or system enhancements
Key Requirements:
- Successful track record in Commercial Operations, FP&A, or related commercial support role preferred
- 3-5 years direct work experience, related industry a plus but not required
- Must conduct business in English, Portuguese, and Spanish
- Self-motivated, high drive, curious, and growth-mindset with desire to innovate
- Background supporting various business partners with focus on analytics and/or operational excellence
- Effectively and concisely communicates complex topics with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Self-guided in identification, prioritization, and execution of deliverables and projects
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task, work in team settings, and work independently when required
- Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, critical thinking, and project management skills
- Possess open, flexible, and positive can-do attitude with strong interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to deliver quality work in timely manner with competing priorities
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in technical field preferred
