Main Responsibilities:- Provide excellent customer service in stores;
- Analyze customer consumption profiles to recommend suitable products and services;
- Manage routine financial documents related to transactions.
- High school diploma (a higher education course is desirable);
- Experience in sales is preferred;
- Experience in telecom customer service is a plus;
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (user level);
- Logical reasoning skills.
