Account Resolution Specialist Role

We are seeking an experienced Account Resolution Specialist to manage and resolve medical accounts receivable balances.

  • Resolve complex medical accounts receivable balances through proactive action
  • Conduct regular follow-up on outstanding claims and billing errors
  • Identify and rectify short payments, unpaid claims, and billing discrepancies
  • Document detailed notes in the company software system and escalate issues as necessary
  • Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in home infusion and specialty pharmacy required
  • 1-3 years of strong collections experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is preferred
  • Knowledge of HCPC coding and medical terminology
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills

The ideal candidate will have experience with medical accounts management, strong mathematical and writing skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
