Key Responsibilities:

  • Support clients in retaining and expanding their relationships with us.
  • Serve as a focal point to clarify doubts and guide clients to suitable solutions.
  • Develop strategic plans for customers based on data-driven insights to enhance results.
  • Formulate reports and metrics to measure success.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communication, Administration, or related fields.
  • Advanced English skills.
  • Experience with customer service.
  • Knowledge of Digital Marketing, Content Marketing, and Inbound Marketing.
  • Strong willingness to learn and adapt.
