As a key contributor to our global operations, you will be responsible for the onboarding process of merchants in Brazil.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and review merchant-provided content for accuracy before store launch.
- Upload and verify merchant account information for efficiency, completeness, and accuracy.
- Review merchant qualifications against established criteria.
- Review other business development applications.
- Manage photo-taking services for stores.
- Manage merchant-related materials.
- Perform auditing and support tasks as needed.
- Highly responsible individual with a strong commitment to achieving goals.
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- Strong learning ability, with a willingness to continuously acquire new skills and adapt to changing environments.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to contribute positively to the team dynamic.
- Fluent English is essential.
- Proficient in computer software.
- Experience in onboarding or sales operations preferred.
