We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Growth Content Operations Specialist.
Job Description:
As a Growth Content Operations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in the production of content related to merchant growth. Your primary responsibility will be to collaborate with product operation experts to create high-quality content that addresses the needs and pain points of merchants using our platform.
Your day-to-day tasks will include working closely with teams such as BD and user research to understand the characteristics of food delivery merchants in Brazil and developing content that is easily understood by merchants.
You will also be responsible for ensuring that the output content meets the requirements of our business operations and is aligned with our overall strategy.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Familiarity with the merchant-side operations of e-commerce platforms
- Experience in the food delivery industry, preferably with knowledge of Brazilian merchants
- Strong internal communication skills
- Proficiency in using common production software
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment
