Job Title:

Continuous Improvement Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Continuous Improvement Specialist to support our Transportation Operations and Operational Management teams in their performance.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with us on a digital transformation that will revolutionize the logistics business.

  • Lead continuous improvement projects by supporting the Transportation Operations and Operational Management teams in their performance.
  • Validate and apply global standardizations in Transportation Operations and local Operational Management activities.
  • Ensure the standardization of continuous improvement processes that enhance performance and involve both internal and external customers, as well as service providers.
  • Define metrics and targets together with Transportation Operations and Operational Management managers, as well as monitor results to track the effectiveness of continuous improvement actions implemented with clients.
  • Lead the assessment/mapping of activities carried out across different internal client areas in order to identify process improvement opportunities aimed at optimizing results through time savings, cost reduction, and performance improvement across functions.

About You:

  • You should have a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineers, and Technologies areas, etc.
  • You should have previous experience and knowledge in Continuous Improvement.
  • You should be proficient in Excel, Power BI, and Python.
