Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Strategic Partner to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic business growth through data-driven insights and financial modeling expertise.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and business unit-level financials, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
  • Conduct thorough financial analysis to identify risks, opportunities, and strategic trends, providing actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive strategy into financial impact, leveraging expertise in financial planning and analysis.
  • Design and implement data-driven dashboards and reports to monitor financial KPIs and performance, enabling data-driven decision-making.
  • Support business case development and ad-hoc analysis, including new product launches and pricing strategies, delivering insightful results.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology, applying innovative solutions to daily work and promoting technical excellence within the team.
Requirements:
  • Strong interest in learning and applying GenAI to improve daily work and drive innovation.
  • Relevant experience in FP&A, strategic planning, investment banking, or corporate finance, with a proven track record of success.
  • Advanced financial modeling skills and solid understanding of managerial accounting, with expertise in Excel and BI tools such as Looker, Power BI, or Tableau.
  • Familiarity with ERPs and planning tools is an advantage, enabling seamless integration and data flow.
  • Ability to communicate complex data into clear narratives and business insights, with strong analytical thinking and business sense.
  • Fluency in English for effective stakeholder communication, with a strong attention to detail and autonomy in work.
