- Optimize internal processes by identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing efficient workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement project Technical Design Documents.
- Strong knowledge in Salesforce programming and digital marketing principles.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and provide quick solutions.
- Technical educational background in a related field, with proficiency in HTML/CSS and database marketing concepts.
- Desirable skills include Agile methodology experience, SQL knowledge, scripting, query, and project management expertise.
