Education Quality Assurance Specialist

Our ideal candidate will be responsible for contributing to the development of academic practices and processes guidelines, ensuring their implementation at all units.

  • They will monitor educational processes across various departments and stakeholders in our schools.
  • The selected individual will follow the pedagogical project of our units and ensure quality standards are met.
  • They will support partner schools through authorization with local Boards of Education.
  • Key responsibilities include guiding partner schools in hiring pedagogical teams.
  • Attending regular meetings for pedagogical monitoring and troubleshooting is essential.
  • Providing individual support to pedagogical coordinators via phone or in-person.
  • Organizing and running training courses with our pedagogical teams.
  • Ensuring a smooth adaptation of students and staff during new unit introductions.
  • Participating in on-site visits for pedagogical evaluations.
  • Supervising schools' planning to ensure adherence to our Teaching Guide.
  • Collaborating on activities for students with special needs and inclusion cases.

Required skills and experience include:

  • Experience in school management, particularly in early childhood education and elementary school settings.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of bilingual teaching methodologies and digital thinking.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and troubleshoot issues effectively.
  • Proven experience in coordination or leadership positions in bilingual schools (desirable).

Education requirements include:

  • A higher education degree in Pedagogy, Language Teaching, Production Engineering, or Business.
  • Fluency in English and Portuguese, including reading, writing, and conversation proficiency.
