We are seeking a skilled professional to manage our database and effectively utilize sales tools provided by the institution. The ideal candidate will participate in training sessions to enhance their product knowledge, sales techniques, and mastery of tools.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage assigned database for effective contact record management in CRM.
  • Ensure optimal use of sales tools.
  • Participate in position-specific training on product knowledge, sales techniques, and tool mastery.
  • Attend performance feedback sessions on trade indicators.

Requirements:

  • Telephone sales experience with proven results exceeding 100%.
  • Service sales experience.
  • Representative experience with international brands in Mexico and Latin America.
  • Experience serving executive profile prospects at senior management level.
  • Portuguese language skills.
