Customer Happiness Specialist
About the Role:
You will be an integral part of our close-knit team, providing exceptional customer service and support to our users across multiple time zones. This role requires you to work 9 am to 6 pm EST Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities:
Responding to customers with regards to product and app queries, bugs, and providing general app support.
Key Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a team, learn fast, and be proactive
- A positive attitude and friendly nature
- Experience dealing with customers, but not necessarily in a customer service role
- Strong I.T skills and app experience
