Role Overview

Premium Guest Services professionals are ambassadors of excellence, providing exceptional hospitality and customer service to our valued customers.

Main Responsibilities
  • International ticketing operations including boarding pass issuance, seat assignments, upgrades and day-of-ticketing
  • Rerouting travel itineraries during off-schedule operations (IROPS)
  • Providing operational support including meeting customers and assisting with connecting flights and boarding
  • Selling products and services
Requirements
  • Proven customer service experience is essential
  • Proficiency in SABRE/QIK systems required
  • Flexibility to work irregular hours including weekends and holidays
  • Bilingual skills in English and Portuguese
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
