Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Lead Qualification Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying leads that align with our business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain established processes using SQL and data analysis tools
- Support data collection and organization activities, including basic web scraping tasks
- Monitor and analyze lead quality data to identify potential issues and areas for improvement
- Assist in implementing and maintaining lead scoring models according to established criteria
- Track and report on lead qualification metrics and KPIs
- Collaborate with business teams to provide insights on lead quality and conversion rates
Requirements:
- Program or project management experience
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, macros, index/match, vlookup, VBA, and data links
- Knowledge of SQL
- Excellent English communication skills
