- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, computer science, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Fluent in Portuguese, Spanish, and English.
- Over 10 years of experience in software product management, with at least 5 years leading product teams.
- Expertise in at least one core industry, such as financial services, energy, healthcare, or government.
- Proven success in launching innovative SaaS and cloud-based products, with a focus on driving B2B revenue growth.
- Strong leadership, influencing, and communication skills across all organizational levels.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to turn market insights into strategic initiatives.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including executive-level presentations.
- Ability to work autonomously while knowing when to engage others for support.
- Skilled in product management tools and methodologies, including JIRA and global product launch processes.
